Shipping costs are not refundable.

We do not accept returns from outside the United States and we will not ship replacement items to any address outside the United States


We do not guarantee shipping estimations nor will we issue a refund for ANY shipping costs or items received past their estimated delivery date. It is an estimation for a reason, not a guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your CORE Survival product purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt of shipment. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all addresses in the United States. All orders will be processed in the order they were received.  Upon shipment, you will receive an email with personalized tracking information that will allow you to track the progress of your package online.

International Shipping

We are currently not shipping orders to international locations regardless if they are allowed by the United States and International Law. 


D.O.A. (DEAD ON ARRIVAL) POLICY

CORE Survival takes all possible steps to ensure the products you receive are complete and in working condition. 
That being said, we know mistakes happen sometimes. If the product should arrive D.O.A. (Dead On Arrival), the customer must report it to us within seventy-two (72) hours of receiving the product and we will gladly expedite an exchange of the product if the following conditions are met:

  1. The product was not modified or disassembled in any way to void the factory warranty.

  2. It’s not battery-related. It’s one thing to replace a unit due to an unforeseen incident, it’s another altogether to replace a unit because a Battery is not holding a charge or is bad. PLEASE check if it is a dead battery before sending a unit back. We will have to charge you a return fee and shipping costs to return your working unit back to you if we find the issue to be a dead battery.

  3. The customer contacted us in a timely fashion, their ORDER NUMBER, NAME, ADDRESS, and PRODUCT PURCHASED all match their order information placed with CORE Survival on our www.CORESurvival.com website.


How to submit a return/exchange:

  • Please allow 10-15 business days from the time the item is received at CORE Survival to process a refund. Timeframe does not include weekends or holidays. Out of an abundance of caution in light of the rapid spread of COVID-19 throughout the world, CORE Survival has implemented additional sanitation measures when receiving packages into our facility. This may or may not increase the length of time it takes us to process your return. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we do all that we can to safeguard our employees.

  • The return/exchange value is determined by the product amount listed on your sales receipt. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

  • Your refund will be in the form of your original method of payment.

  • You are responsible for shipping costs to return the item unless it was our error. We strongly suggest that you obtain a tracking number from the shipping carrier when making your return.

  • We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via www.CORESurvival.com.



We will not and cannot accept any physically damaged product.  If the packaging is reasonably damaged (enough to believe the product inside suffered damage as well), Then we MUST advise you to NOT accept delivery from the carrier.  If you do accept delivery and the product was damaged, CORE Survival needs to be notified within forty-eight (48) hours of acceptance, at which point we will handle each instance on a case by case basis.

It is worth noting that if the packaging was reasonably damaged and still accepted by the customer, we can NOT guarantee a refund will be issued or a new product issued

  • Each incident will be handled on a case-by-case basis.  CORE Survival will take all reasonable steps to correct the problem in dealing with D.O.A. products.

  • No return shipments will be accepted by CORE Survival without an official Return Corrispondance being issued from INFO@CORESurvival.com

It is our goal to serve and rectify any issues. That being said, It is under the full discretion of CORE Survival to allow or deny refunds for any reason.

  • Email INFO@CORESurvival.com to begin your process. Include your order number and the name used for the purchase in your email. Our Staff will assist further

  • ALL return requests require an Order Number from www.CORESurvival.com along with matching order information pertaining to that transaction. CORE Survival is not responsible for ANY items returned before or during contact with INFO@CORESurvival.com without direct instruction via email to do so.
